Welcome to Zenith Massage Therapy! My name is Chantelle and I am the owner and a fully qualified massage therapist.
I started Zenith Massage Therapy following a long career in the NHS. I needed a new challenge, but still wanted to help people in a one-to-one environment.
I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Massage and a Level 3 Certificate in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for Complementary Therapies.
I am a fully accredited and insured member of the Federation Of Holistic Therapists (FHT), a not-for-profit organisation and the largest professional body for complementary, beauty and sports therapists.
My mission is to help my clients achieve overall wellness by addressing the body, mind, and spirit.

FAQ
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This ensures the previous client has time to depart and that I can fully sanitise the studio for your arrival.
Where can I park?
There is ample roadside parking directly in front of the property. Please feel free to park anywhere along the curb, being mindful of the neighbors' driveways.
Where is the entrance located?
Please come to the front door and ring the video doorbell. I will then open the side gate and escort you to the studio.
Do I need to wear anything in particular?
Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! For the treatment, you will be given total privacy to undress to your level of comfort (most clients leave undergarments on). You will be professionally draped with towels at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed.
What happens during my massage?
Your session is designed for your total relaxation. I provide a tranquil environment with ambient lighting, calming music, and essential oil diffusion. You are welcome to chat, enjoy the silence, or even wear your own headphones. I will check in periodically regarding pressure and your comfort level to ensure you get the most out of your treatment.
How can I pay?
I accept Cash or Bank Transfer. If paying via transfer, I kindly ask that this be completed at the end of your session before you depart (details will be provided in the studio).
What is the late arrival policy?
Clients arriving late to their appointment may have time deducted from their session.
Clients will be charged the full amount for their session.
What is the cancellation policy?
If a client cancels or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice, or does not show up for their appointment, they will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the missed appointment.
